How Delivery Works at Midas’ Gardens™
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Purpose of This Page
This page explains how delivery operates within the Midas’ Gardens™ foodservice system.
It does not promise speed.
It defines order, control, and predictability.
Delivery is treated as a system component, not a convenience feature.
Delivery Is Part of the System
At Midas’ Gardens™, delivery:
- follows validated processes
- respects packaging and usage rules
- operates only within approved scopes
Delivery does not override:
- QA authority
- Pilot boundaries
- Scale conditions
If delivery requires exceptions, the system is not ready.
When Delivery Is Available
Delivery is available only when:
- products are approved for the account
- packaging formats are validated
- order scope is clearly defined
Delivery does not initiate collaboration.
It follows it.
Delivery During a Pilot
During a Pilot:
- delivery volumes are limited
- delivery frequency is predefined
- no rush, split, or ad-hoc deliveries are supported
Pilot delivery exists to test consistency, not urgency.
Any delivery change during Pilot = Pilot condition change.
Delivery After Scale Authorization
After Scale is authorized:
- delivery follows the approved scale plan
- volume increases do not change delivery rules
- consistency takes priority over speed
Faster delivery is never approved at the expense of control.
Packaging & Delivery Dependency
Delivery is directly linked to approved packaging formats.
- Portion formats follow portion logic
- Kitchen formats follow kitchen flow
- Back-of-house formats follow refill and storage rules
Delivery outside approved formats is not supported.
Logistics Partners
Delivery may be executed through:
- approved distributors
- controlled logistics partners
Midas’ Gardens™ does not guarantee:
- same-day delivery
- emergency fulfillment
- exception handling
Logistics follow system rules, not pressure.
What We Do Not Offer
We do not offer:
- rush shipping
- emergency orders
- last-minute changes
- account-specific delivery rules
If delivery flexibility is a requirement, we are not a fit.
Delivery Questions
Delivery questions are addressed only when:
- the framework is understood
- packaging is approved
- a Pilot or Scale discussion is relevant
Pricing, timelines, or promises are not discussed upfront.
For Wholesale Customers in Greece
Pricing Notice
All listed product prices are exclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax). The applicable VAT will be calculated and added during the checkout process or invoicing, depending on the jurisdiction.
Shipping Costs
Shipping expenses are not included in the product prices. These costs are the sole responsibility of the final customer and will be determined based on the delivery method and destination provided.
Order Acceptance Confirmation
An order is considered accepted only upon written confirmation from us. This confirmation will be sent via email within 48 hours of your order placement. Please ensure your contact details are accurate and monitored.
Shipping Schedule
Once your payment has been received and verified, we will proceed with the shipment of your order within 5 to 6 business days. You will receive tracking information as soon as the package is dispatched.
Customer-Directed Shipping Method
The delivery method will follow the specific instructions provided by the customer. Therefore, it is imperative that you clearly indicate your preferred shipping provider and any particular delivery notes in your message to us at the time of purchase.
Additional Notes
- Midas' Gardens™ is not responsible for delays caused by the courier services or any external factors beyond our control (e.g. weather, customs delays, strikes).
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of their shipping address and contact information. Incorrect details may lead to failed deliveries and additional charges.
