Ingredients

Serves: 2

150 g mixed greens (arugula, spinach, and kale)

100 g cherry tomatoes (halved)

1 small cucumber (sliced)

1 medium carrot (grated)

1/2 avocado (sliced)

1/2 cup cooked quinoa

2 tbsp pumpkin seeds

2 tbsp Midas Gardens Oregano Dressing

Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Directions

Prepare the Ingredients:
