Ingredients
- 8 lamb chops
- 2 tbsp Midas Gardens 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp chopped rosemary
- 1 tbsp chopped thyme
- Zest of 1 orange
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the Mastic Sauce:
- 1 tbsp Midas Gardens Mastic Dressing
- Juice of 1 orange
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt to taste
Directions
Prepare the Lamb Chops:
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Season the lamb chops with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, mix Dijon mustard, breadcrumbs, parsley, rosemary, thyme, and orange zest.
Brush the lamb chops with Midas Gardens 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil and spread the herb mixture evenly over each chop.
Cook the Lamb Chops:
