Ingredients

Shrimps with smoked pork neck, leek pumpkin flavored with saffron vinaigrette

Directions:

Clean and cut the pumpkin into spaghetti shapes

Blanch in boiling salted water (for 1 minute)

Cool in ice water & keep on absorbent paper

Saute the shrimps in olive oil, flavored with garlic for 2 minutes on each side and place on absorbent paper

In the same pan saute the pork until becomes golden. Add the leek (cut julienne) and continue sauteing. Extinguishing with the Midas’ Gardens 100% EVOO SAFRAN Dressing & Orange juice

Bring to a boil and add the pumpkin

Season with salt and pepper

 Tie the sauce adding “Domokou Katiki” cheese

Serve

Serve with orange zest and fennel leaves
