FOR THE KIMCHI MAYONNAISE:

For the sauce

Herb-crusted Lamb chops in Mastic sauce with Orange

Season the lamb chops with salt, pepper, and Midas’ Gardens Extra Virgin Olive Oil AEGEAN Salad Dressing.

In a bowl mix the chopped rosemary, garlic, parsley, and the galette.

Thoroughly bread the lamb chops on both sides and saute in a hot pan with olive oil for 4-5 minutes on each side.

Remove and place on paper to rest the meat.

In the same pan, extinguish with the vinaigrette and add the orange juice.

Bring to a boil and combine with the frozen butter.

Finish with the zest.

We can accompany it with mashed sweet potatoes, celeriac, roasted carrots, and beets, or classically, with fragrant crispy fries.
