- 500 g of baby potatoes
- 1 onion cut julienne
- 200 g of smoked salmon
- 1 bunch chervil
- 80 g of Midas' Gardens Extra Virgin Olive Oil Oregano Dressing
- 80 g of strained yogurt
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- Cherry tomatoes
- Chives to finish
- 50 g Midas' Gardens Extra Virgin Olive Oil Oregano Dressing
- Baby beetroot leaves for finishing the dish
- Salt
Potato Salad with Baby Potatoes, Smoked Salmon flavored with Oregano Vinaigrette
Boil the potatoes and cool them in water. Then cut the potatoes and place them in a bowl to which we add the rest of the ingredients and mix
Setting the plate
Place all the ingredients on a plate and finish with chopped chives.
